Tasty ravioli with Gorgonzola and Walnuts, a quick and simple dish, but really very tasty.
Gorgonzola is the blue cheese par excellence, very special, either you love it or you hate it, impossible to find everyone's approval, it has a strong and decisive taste and it is precisely this that makes it unique with its staorderary forms.
There are several recipes using this spreadable cheese, it is easy to associate with any other ingredient, be it a pumpkin, broccoli, pears or nuts, in addition to giving the crunchy notes, enhance the flavor of the dish.
RECIPES
Cook Ravioli exactly 2,5 minutes, do not cover the pan during cooking and gently stir the ravioli every now and then. After 2,5 minutes, collect the ravioli with a skimmer and put them in the pan with the sauce for 1 minute.
TIP!! The cooking water of the pasta is rich in mineral salts and starch, save it and add a few spoonfuls to mix the pasta better with the sauce and give it more creaminess in a natural way.
