Fresh pasta is not only a symbol of Italian authenticity, it is the synonym of Italian culture that brings us back to memory of its origins and helps people to maintain that bond with our dear friend Earth.

 

This category shows every month all available flour varieties (spelled, whole grain, chickpeas, etc.) and / or in combination with different vegetables that will be present in the dough to provide a better nutritious meal on the table every day (beetroot, spinach, pumpkin, mushrooms, etc.)
