    Ravioli filled with brie and sun-dried tomatoes is a refined combination that balances the intense, creamy flavor of the cheese with the sweet, savory, and slightly acidic notes of the tomatoes. 


    Combined with just the right amount of aromatic herbs and a touch of capers, these ravioli have an unforgettable taste.

  • RECIPES

    Cook your ravioli for 2,5 minutes, do not cover the pan while cooking, and stir the ravioli gently every now and then. Start gathering the ravioli with a skimmer after just two minutes and place them in the pan with the sauce for 1 minute.

     

    TIP!! The pasta cooking water is rich in mineral salts and starch; save it and add a few spoons to help the pasta mix better with the sauce and naturally add more creaminess.


    Because this is a rich filling, the dressing should not cover the flavor, but rather enhance it.


    SUGGESTED RECIPES:

    • Butter and sage A great classic that never disappoints. 
    • With aubergine: Diced and sautéed in extra virgin olive oil. 
    • Cherry tomatoes and curry: For a spicy touch, you can sauté the ravioli in a pan with butter, fresh cherry tomatoes, and a pinch of curry. 
    • Mediterranean: A sauce made by mixing extra virgin olive oil, roasted pine nuts, and chopped Taggiasche olives.
