Cook your Ravioli Fume' exactly 2.5 minutes, do not cover the pan during cooking and gently stir the ravioli every now and then.
When the time is ready, collect the ravioli with a skimmer and mix them in the pan/bowl with the sauce for 1 minute. Twist them gently so as not to break them (or make them jump with the movements of the wrist).
