Semi-hard old goat's cheese, natural maturing for at least 10 months. This old goat's cheese has a nice spicy taste and is ideal for evenings with a good glass of wine.
Bettine Grand Cru was voted "World's Best Cheese" in 2006 at an international cheese competition in England.
RECIPES
Cook your Ravioli for exactly 3 minutes, do not cover the pan while cooking and gently stir the ravioli every now and then. After three minutes, collect the ravioli with a skimmer and place them in the pan with the sauce for 1 minute.
TIP!! The pasta cooking water is rich in mineral salts and starches, keep it and add a few spoons to allow the pasta to mix better with the sauce and get more creaminess in a natural way.
SUGGESTED RECIPES:
- Butter and sage en garnish with a few leaves of fresh arugula and some crumbled cashew nuts. Simply delicious!!
