    Tagliolini are considered as agri-food products of the regions of Piemonte and Molise, here they are more often referred to as "Tajarin".

    For this classic shape, Pasta Cecchi uses organic or free-range eggs from local producers because we believe that animal welfare starts with our daily choices.

    Tagliolini are slightly thinner than Tagliatelle and therefore will cook faster!

    They go well with delicate sauces because they enhance their flavor, but also in combination with more vigorous and varied sauces.
