HISTORY
With this sugestive name "Angel Hair" it is one of the thinnest types of Spaghetti . This pasta form is also ideal for babies from 9 months (sliced) to help them get used to eating adult food.
In fact, Capelli d'Angelo is a type of pasta that can be used with broth in which it is broken or delicious with very liquid sauces such as the classic tomato sauce, possibly together with excellent meatballs for a romantic dinner in Disney style!
